We offer a wide range of options for getting your chair fixed including in store, mobile & postal repair options. For customers not able to bring their chair to us for repair and outside of our mobile repair radius, we offer a postal kit service. This involves a boxed up packaging kit being sent to you including everything you need to safely package the chair along with repackaging instructions & a returns label. We will then arrange for courier collection and your chair will get shipped to our workshop. From there we will then evaluate the condition of your chair and perform any of the chosen repairs & services we offer. Your chair will then get repackaged and posted back out to you.
The cost of our postal kit is £85 which includes all shipping costs invlolved in the entire process.
Our mobile engineers operate in the following radius. Please note some areas within this radius may not be covered at certain times and depends on the availability of our engineers.
For mobile repairs we charge a callout charge plus the cost of any of the repair services or parts required. This callout charge depends on the area and the time ( working hours or out of hours )

We carry a large selection of parts in inventory however some less common parts aren't available in stock and will require ordering in. If a part is not listed for sale get in touch with our team and we can advise on parts availability and costs.

For mobile repairs - out of hours slots & same day slots are sometimes available depending on our schedule. Short notice bookings are subject to increased callout charges
